5 unhealthy foods that can cause cancer

These 5 foods listed below are the unhealthiest cancer-causing foods. The primal truth we all need to understand is that our body is not a dumpster or dump-site. You don’t just dump anything in there that it can not process. All of the foods listed are highly acidic foods that change the body's pH level of 7.4 (Alkaline) to below 6, which is highly acidic. A highly acidic body is prone to cancer, because those are the conditions in which cancer cells thrive in. Here are the list of 5 foods that you have to get rid off your diet.


1. GENETICALLY MODIFIED ORGANISMS (GMO)

This is one of the major causes of increased risk to cancer. Many are quite unaware that most of the food consumed are made in/from a laboratories. Most of these foods called GMOs are chemically engineered to yield faster. If you’re trying to be cancer free, these foods labeled (GMO) are the ones to definitely avoid. The best way to assure you’re getting naturally grown food is by starting to eat “Certified Organic Foods” or “Certified Non-GMO foods” that are seasonal and naturally grown. (Typical examples indicated to likely contain GMO-excipients  include canned food products  like canned tomato pastes, canned stews/soup, etc.)


2. PROCESSED MEAT


Processed meat is one of the cancer high-risk  foods.These foods are unhealthy and increase your risk because they contain chemical preservatives that make them appear to be fresher. The major chemical used to preserve these foods is sodium nitrite. Sodium nitrite has been linked to colon cancer and many other forms of cancer(s). Be sure to avoid this chemical and choose meats that are only “grass fed!”. (These kind of meat is typically used in sausage rolls, and also used in canned beef packs)



3. SODAS



Soda is a highly acidic drink which literally feeds the cancer cells. Soda makes the body pH level get lowered into an acidic range which in essence causes cancer to thrive. Sodas are filled with preservatives, loaded with sugar, and has food coloring in it (heavy metal traces). The  major cancer causing chemical in sodas is 4-MI (4-Methylimidazole) and this chemical is used to give most soda drinks their characteristic color. (Most carbonated and canned soft-drinks and beers contain this) 
 

4. MICROWAVED POPCORN


This food might be convenient, but some new research have suggestively linked it to testicular, pancreatic, and many other forms of cancer. Commercial popcorn companies often coat their microwave popcorn bags with a chemical called perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), which can cause cancer and tumors. According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, "PFOA is present in microwave popcorn bag paper at amounts as high as 300 microg kg(-1)". This fact has also been recognized by the USA Environmental Protection Agency as causing cancer. Avoid this food!!!

5. REFINED SUGARS

 
Refined sugars spike up the glucose levels in the body making cancer cells thrive even more. High fructose corn syrup (HFCS) is the commonly used refined sugar that causes cancerous harm to the body. Not only does HFCS cause cancer, but it also stresses the body and causes obesity at a high rate. Avoid!
